Welcome to Downing & Associates, Inc.

At Downing & Associates, we provide full tax and accounting services to many clients in several states. Our services include business and personal tax return preparation, income tax and financial planning, IRS representation, business counseling,  bookkeeping and payroll, audit and collections, and other related accounting services. Our professional staff receives a minimum of 40-hours of continuing education in order to remain proficient in all areas of current income tax law.  Some of our professionals maintain as much as 160 hours of continuing education. 

Downing & Associates' main office is located in Springdale, Arkansas, one of the fastest growing areas in the United States. Our satellite office is located in Gravette, Arkansas, and we also employ seven full-time offsite accountants.
